FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 56 

Limitations on exercise of powers.

56.(1) The powers conferred by this Part on a private river watcher shall be
exercised only for the protection of the fisheries specified in his instrument
of appointment.

(2) The powers conferred by this Part on a member or officer of the Commission
shall be exercised only for the protection of the fisheries of the Foyle Area.
