FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 57 

Warrant for exercise of powers.

57. The production by an officer of the Commission or a private river watcher
of his instrument of appointment under this Part shall be a sufficient warrant
for his exercising the powers conferred on him by this Part, but the
production of such instrument by him shall not be necessary in exercising
those powers unless he has been first required to produce it.
